IM and IMCA collect information directly from our supporters through voluntary submissions. These are optional submissions through donations, online forms, or any other communications with IM and IMCA where you submit information. When joining our lists, you are only required to provide your first name, last name, zip code, a valid e-mail address and, optionally, a mobile telephone number.

By providing IM or IMCA with your mobile number, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from each entity. Message and data rates may apply. If you no longer want to receive calls or text messages, you can respond STOP in response to any text message you receive from us.
IM and IMCA uphold stringent privacy standards. The text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent information of our users and members remains confidential and is never sold, rented out, disclosed, or exchanged with any third parties unless explicitly authorized by the user or required by law.
How We Share Your Personal Information:
By providing either Inequality Media or Inequality Media Civic Action with your personal information, each entity may share your information with the other entity. We only use Personal Information for purposes in furtherance of our missions. We may share personal information with a limited number of companies or individuals we hire to provide services, grow our supporter base, or perform business functions on our behalf.
If we desire to otherwise disclose any of your Personal Information, we will ask for your consent first.
